Yes — we install every Pluvia we sell, and installations are carried out by our own trained experts. Your 12-month warranty starts on the installation date. If someone else later alters, repairs or reconnects the appliance, the warranty and Smart Service won’t cover a fault caused by that work, though your legal rights are not affected.
