What's covered.

Your 1-year Smart Service warranty covers everything you need to keep your Pluvia running perfectly.

Full repair coverage

If something breaks from normal use, we fix or replace it. A replacement unit is sent to you during service so you’re never without pure water.

Filter replacements

Your CAC filter replacement is auto-delivered at 6 months, included in your free year. The ROC membrane is due at 12 months — to receive it, continue Smart Service after Year 1. No tracking, no reordering.

Free re-installation

Moving house? We’ll send an expert to install your Pluvia at your new address, free of charge.

Priority support

Skip the queue. Get direct access to our London-based support team when you need help.

Replacement unit during service

If your Pluvia needs repair, we send a replacement so you’re never without clean water. Not even for a day.

What's not covered.

Full transparency. Here's what falls outside warranty protection.

Accidental damage

Physical damage from drops, impacts, or spills is not covered.

Misuse or neglect

Damage caused by using the unit outside its intended purpose or failure to follow care instructions.

Self-installation or third-party fitting

Only installations performed by MonsoWater experts are covered. Self-installation voids your warranty.

Unauthorised modifications

Any alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by MonsoWater void coverage.

After Year 1.

Your first year is on us. After that, keep everything covered for less than £1 a day.

Continue Smart Service for £25/month.

When your free year ends, Smart Service continues at £25/month. Every benefit stays active — repairs, filters, re-installation, priority support. Cancel anytime.

If you don't continue: Smart Service is a yearly commitment with monthly payments. When your year ends, warranty coverage, filter deliveries, and all benefits stop.

Re-subscribe anytime: you can restart Smart Service whenever you choose to restore full coverage.
