Outlet water temperature sensor failure

The outlet water temperature sensor has stopped responding or is sending incorrect readings to the main control board.

This sensor monitors the temperature of water leaving the heating system. It can fail due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, moisture damage to the wiring, or a manufacturing defect. In rare cases, a loose connection between the sensor and the control board can trigger this error.

Stop using the machine immediately when this error code is displayed. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and do not attempt to repair this yourself. Contact our support team to arrange a replacement sensor — this is covered under warranty if your device is within the warranty period.
