Heating membrane circuit failure

The heating membrane — responsible for instantly heating water — has an electrical fault in its circuit.

The heating membrane circuit can fail due to a power surge, prolonged use at maximum temperature, or an internal wiring issue. Scale build-up from unfiltered water can also damage the membrane over time.

Stop using the machine immediately. Disconnect the power cord and do not attempt to use hot, tea, or warm water functions. Contact our support team as soon as possible — the heating membrane may need to be replaced by a qualified technician.
