Water pump open circuit

The water pump circuit is open, meaning the pump is not receiving electrical power and cannot operate.

An open circuit typically means a wire has disconnected from the pump, the pump motor has burned out, or a connector has come loose during transport or use. This differs from a short circuit (E9) — here the circuit is broken rather than crossed.

Disconnect the machine from power. This is an internal hardware issue that cannot be resolved without opening the device. Contact our support team to arrange a repair or pump replacement.
