Error Code: H2
Ice Formation Alarm
What is H2?
The inlet water temperature has dropped to near-freezing levels (0–1°C), or a voltage sensor issue has been detected.
Why does this happen?
This alarm triggers when the incoming water is dangerously cold, which can cause ice to form inside the system and damage internal components. It most commonly occurs when the Pluvia is installed in an unheated space during winter, such as a garage or utility room. A voltage sensor anomaly can also trigger this alarm.
What should I do?
Move your Pluvia to a warmer location where the ambient temperature stays above 5°C. The alarm clears automatically once the inlet water temperature rises above the freezing threshold. If the alarm persists in a warm environment, contact support as it may indicate a voltage sensor issue.
