Over-Temperature Alarm

The internal water temperature has exceeded 110°C — a critical safety threshold has been reached.

This is a critical safety alarm indicating the heating system has overheated significantly. It can be caused by a failed thermostat, a stuck heating element, or a complete temperature sensor failure. The system shuts down all dispensing to prevent burns or damage.

All dispensing pauses immediately for safety. Unplug the machine from power and wait at least 10 minutes before restarting. If the alarm reappears after restarting, do not continue using the machine. Contact our support team immediately to arrange an urgent inspection.
