What to do if you see a leak

If you see or suspect water escaping from your Pluvia or its pipework, take these steps where it is safe to do so. Never touch electrical equipment, plugs or sockets while standing in water or where it would be unsafe.

Steps

Stop using the appliance.

Close the water isolation valve supplying it.

Switch the appliance off and unplug it.

Take reasonable steps to stop the water spreading.

Note: If the leak cannot be controlled, take emergency action, such as turning off your household water supply or calling an emergency plumber, rather than waiting for an appointment with us.
